About me - David Singer
Professional experience
I have over 30 years experience in Learning and Development and leading L&D teams. My passion is developing others and simplifying tasks which led me to establish Learning LeNZ.
As a leader I believe in developing people for the next step in their career, through professional development opportunities and on the job coaching. I focus on the learner ensuring their needs are being met through the learning I develop and deliver.
I have recruited people into their first training roles, given them formal training and more importantly coached them to apply what they have learned. Each one of them that has taken a step up in their career is a result I am proud of. Learning LeNZ is all about continuing to share my skills and knowledge for the benefit of others.
I also love to look at how tasks are completed and see if there are ways to make it easier and more efficient. I bring a new pair of eyes, I'll ask the questions to challenge the status quo. However, if it's not broken I won't try to fix it.
